During your internship at IMMOTISS, you will get to know the exciting world of the healthcare and nursing property market for a limited period of time with corresponding financial remuneration. You will support the team as a fully-fledged member, e.g. in the
- preparation of market, location and competition analyses,
- due diligence in the context of real estate transactions,
- initial analysis of new investment opportunities,
- preparation of presentation documents,
- preparation of publications on current market developments,
- further development of our own database Trasenix and
various research activities
- Studying at least in the 3rd semester of a Bachelor's degree or already in the Master's programme
- Business studies or a clear affinity for business-related topics, ideally with a focus on real estate or healthcare
- Good academic performance and good A-levels
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Practical experience is an advantage
- Convincing communication skills
- Very good computer skills (especially Power Point and Excel)
- Implementation orientation, strong analytical skills, a sense of humour and enthusiasm
- You are resilient and like to work at full throttle
