As Managing Director of TRASENIX GmbH, I am driving the development of one of the leading data platforms in the healthcare sector. My mission: not just collecting data, but transforming it into structures that enable insight and action. With deep expertise in database design, AI models and automation, I continuously evolve TRASENIX into the intelligent backbone for data-driven decisions in a dynamic market.

As team leader for refinancing and business development at IMMOTISS, I work with the other experts in my team to support care companies in facing up to current challenges and ensuring that they are financially viable for the future. I apply my many years of diverse professional experience in various areas of the healthcare industry as well as my greatest personal strengths: Analytical thinking and empathetic communication. With the extensive expertise in our team, we always find a targeted solution for the business challenges in the care sector.

I am responsible for clear statements based on figures and expertise - as part of the refinancing and operational development team. Customers can rely on my clear route planning. Clarity and reliability are my guiding principles. Thanks to my training as a nurse and my studies in nursing management and healthcare, as well as my experience in supporting and implementing reforms in acute and long-term care, I am ideally equipped to master the complex challenges together with you!

My path to IMMOTISS is a patchwork of diverse experiences, always with a clear focus on finding solutions. My real strength lies in my ability to tackle complex problems and find solutions. As part of the refinancing and business development team, I specialize in answering questions about business acquisitions and investment costs. My motto is: there are no problems, only situations that require solutions.

Whether negotiations or takeover processes - my strengths are calmness and goal orientation. At IMMOTISS, my passion for the nursing and healthcare sector benefits me. As an expert in training refinancing and outpatient fee negotiations, I always support our partners in a level-headed and honest manner in order to develop sustainable solutions.

With my background in business and administration and my training as a hotel manager, I have a wide range of experience in sales and event planning. I have a talent for inspiring people. As part of the project management team in Bremen, I am the right contact person for all questions relating to this area. My approach is to drive successful projects forward through enthusiasm and precise communication in order to create an inspiring living environment in old age.

As a social scientist and autodidact, my marketing approach goes beyond pure brand building and includes a holistic understanding of companies and their environment. With an eye for detail and a feel for context, I am the right contact for all questions relating to communication, design and corporate development. My mission – more color and a positive image for more recognition and appreciation of the care market.

As a member of IMMOTISS, I combine commercial training in the healthcare sector with practical experience in various areas.
