Whether technical and organizational topics, software and hardware processes or project management and process development, my wide-ranging knowledge allows me to gain an overview of workflows and optimize them in a targeted manner.

As a social scientist and autodidact, my marketing approach goes beyond pure brand building and includes a holistic understanding of companies and their environment. With an eye for detail and a feel for context, I am the right contact for all questions relating to communication, design and corporate development. My mission – more color and a positive image for more recognition and appreciation of the care market.

With my background in business and administration and my training as a hotel manager, I have a wide range of experience in sales and event planning. I have a talent for inspiring people. As part of the project management team in Bremen, I am the right contact person for all questions relating to this area. My approach is to drive successful projects forward through enthusiasm and precise communication in order to create an inspiring living environment in old age.

In the Refinancing and Operational Development team at IMMOTISS, I use my ability to translate operational realities precisely into figures. My experience in the fields of science, nursing practice and working with cost units helps me to do this. This is another reason why I am convinced that effective solutions can only be found if the perspectives of all those involved are reconciled. My approach combines interdisciplinary expertise with data-driven analytics to develop optimal strategies and results for care rate negotiations that meet the legal framework and economic requirements of our clients.

Thanks to my training as a nurse and my studies in nursing management and healthcare, as well as my experience in supporting and implementing reforms in acute and long-term care, I am ideally equipped to master the complex challenges together with you!
